Making an Appointment: New Patients

If you are a new patient and are interested in making an appointment, please fill out the contact form. If I do not respond, it is because I am not accepting new patients at the time - I apologize that it is not always possible to respond to all inquiries.

Your first visit will last an hour, during which a full evaluation will be done. Please bring a list of all of the medications (including non-psychiatric) that you are taking, including the doses. If you are able, please have records of prior psychiatric or neurologic treatment sent to the office before your first visit.
